This past weekend we headed back up to Mt. Baker. The sun was shining, there wasn't a cloud in the sky and there was still tons of snow! Katie hung out with her aunt and uncle in the parking lot while Jinx and Valerie headed up the ski lift to do a run. Although the altitude and blinding sunshine at first left Katie screaming to the point of breathlessness, she soon calmed down in her aunt's arms and then enjoyed a stroll around the parking lot in her buggy. Katie has no idea that as soon as she can walk, she'll be strapped into a pair of ski boots and skis....
