This is the director's cabin, where Katie, Valerie and Grandmaman slept. Notice the good ol' tetherball to the right (which was located right outside our bedroom window), which one little boy in particular liked to play with first thing in the morning....
Here is the dining hall, where Katie saw many and heard many new things, such as kids singing and yelling at the top of their lungs, and Batman and Superman appearing through holes in the ceiling. With all the fresh air, Katie slept really well and generally woke up with a smile on her face. With no bathing facilities for her available, we had to let the hair do what it wanted.
Here is the Craft Hut, where every day 82 campers between the ages of 11-14 came to work on crafts such as macrame bracelets, tie-dye, sand art, Bling-Bling and Boondoggle bracelets. Valerie can now identify crafty materials such as gimp, femo and pony beads.
