Over the weekend we went up to Zermatt, the famous skiing village that sits below the Matterhorn mountain. Our aunt Claire-Lise has an apartment there. Katie had some trouble adjusting to the altitude, to say the least. Here is a view of the village....


Now, honestly, the Matterhorn mountain is behind us, but because of the blinding sunlight and our point-and-shoot camera, the mountain seems to have vanished. Here's Jinx and Gilligan.....
