So far we've done a couple of hikes in Villars. Last week the weather was beautiful so we hiked up to a small chalet. Jinx was pretty exhausted carrying Katie straight up the mountain, but the view was well worth it. It's good practice carrying Katie around because next week Jinx will be carrying 60 kgs of grapes on his back during the "Vendanges" or grape harvest.

This is a view from "Bretaye," the ski area above Villars. We took the train up and then walked back down to the village. Katie refused to go in her stroller and had to be carried most of the way down, so that her screams wouldn't echo across the valley.
